REQUIREMENTS:
- FAI # (if you want national points)
- HPAC and Local WCSC Club Membership - Not included in the entry fees
- Intermediate P3 or foreign equivalent
- Radio capable of receiving and transmitting on all official frequencies and/or HAM frequencies 144 -148 MHZ
- GPS SPOT or Delorme InReach.

STANDARD WAITLIST: : Pilots will be invited to fill in any vacated priority slots as they move up in order of registration.
FREE FLYING: Pilots not registered in the competition will not be discouraged to fly during this event. However, please be aware of the following conditions:

FREE FLYING: Pilots not registered in the competition will not be discouraged to fly during this event. However, please be aware of the following conditions:
- HPAC & WCSC Memberships are required and mandatory to fly on this site.
- Learn and obey the rules of the site. Be aware of competition activities of the day.
- Shuttle and retrieve transportation is reserved for competitions participants only. This service will not be available for non-registered pilots.
- Lower launch will not be utilized for the competition, feel free to use this area for free flying.
- If you plan to drive to upper launch, please consider the road to launch will be extremely busy from 10 am to 4 pm. Parking is very limited. Keep the speed down, and mind the many blind corners. There will be designated radio frequency for shuttle driver. There will be a monitor at bottom of the road during peak times who will be aware of shuttle positions
- Please refrain from flying along the designated task route while the competition is underway.
- Upper launch will be closed to non-competitors during the launch window, or until the majority of competing pilots are off the hill, as decided by the launch director.
- Please be courteous with residents, livestock, and traffic. Be respectful of private property, working farmers and their crops, and important farming activities. Be aware and respect NO FLY and NO LAND areas.
